Make sure you book for our SlowBal workshop on Sunday 19th February, for beginners and those with some experience of SlowBal, before our monthly Balboa Beckons social dance.

On Sunday 19th February we will have a SlowBal beginner workshop taught by the lovely Lynn Maslen before our monthly Balboa Beckons social dance.

We are thrilled to announce that we will be running an Oxford SlowBal weekend with Dance Balboa on 13-15 October 2023 taught by the world-renowned Mickey Fortanasce (USA) and Anna-Maria Bernhard (Germany).

We are excited to announce that on Sunday 27th November, we will have workshops taught by the wonderful Janet Davis in the morning and the early afternoon and the brilliant gypsy jazz duo Holder and Smith playing at Balboa Beckons, our social tea dance in the afternoon.

Join us on most Sundays for a self-directed practice session facilitated by Andrew Wilson. Solo practisers welcome and we encourage you to try and find practice partners or a group to practise with, too.
